Located in Mid-town Toronto, Nav K Collection is a bespoke, suit accessories brand catering to all those who rock suits! We are looking to grow our business to include another enthusiastic and self motivating team member with an entrepreneurial spirit. By joining our team, you will be working alongside the owner to expand the business.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to work remotely for about 10 hours a week at $14/hr. The team will meet once a week in Toronto. This is a four month contract.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute strategy of all paid campaigns for social and search
  • Create content and some graphics - headlines, copy, images and videos for Facebook ads
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using specific dashboards and Google Analytics
  • Ad testing to determine best performing and most successful campaigns/ads
  • Continuously monitoring results and improving ads
  • Reporting the results of ad campaigns
  • Develop positive relationships with suit companies and various organizations
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, potential new channels and strategies
  • Attend any photoshoots and/or events

What You Bring To The Table

  • Currently enrolled in a marketing, advertising or communications program at an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Knowledge and expertise of the many paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter)
  • Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Goal oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform well with or without detailed directions
  • Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, time management, project management, communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a dynamic environment
  • Undergraduate and/or post-graduate qualifications, preferably in communications or marketing
